Their shared love for Italian culture and cuisine compelled them to open Flour House, a modern eatery offering housemade pasta, aperitivi, and specializing in Pizza Napoletana—a heritage style so precious that it’s guarded by Italian law. They actively change the menu depending on their inspiration of different dishes and traditions throughout Italy.

STEFANO FERRARA OVEN
This top of the line oven for Pizza Napoletana making has been handcrafted by the same family for nearly one hundred years. Made by hand in Naples, these ovens are built from hand pressed Italian brick dating back to the Romans. Held together by Italian soil, the oven floor is formed from clay taken from the Sorrento coast reaching temperatures up to 1,000°F. This oven gives us the ability to create a true Pizza Napoletana experience—soft, simple, and flavorful pizzas.
We have the only imported Stefano Ferrara wood-burning pizza oven between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Join us for an authentic Napoletana experience in downtown SLO!

DOP stands for Denominazione di Origine Protetta (literally "Protected Designation of Origin"). This certifies that these Italian products are locally grown and packaged adhering to local famers' and artisans traditional methods.
PASTA + PIZZA
Our pizza dough and pastas are made in house with the highest quality of imported Italian flour. Housemade gluten-free pizza dough made daily. Please note: we use gluten-free products, but do not secure a gluten-free environment.
